Warranty Procedures to be followed are as outlined below:

• For emergency service call Biermann Contracting Inc., 651-388-8811. After hours or on weekends, you will need to call the appropriate subcontractor directly. We ask that you submit only two request lists during your first year unless you have an emergency in between. (NOTE: Please review what we consider an emergency before calling. Refer to the Warranty Service Tips packet to find out what qualifies as an emergency. If you are unsure, please contact our office during regular business hours or, after hours, use the emergency contact info and verify with the subcontractor whether your issue qualifies as an emergency. Please note, if it is NOT an emergency and you have a subcontractor do work as an emergency task, we will not be responsible for any emergency charges).
• 30 (Thirty) Day List – These are the warrantable items that are noticed after you moved in which were not apparent during your pre-closing walkthrough.
• 11 (Eleven) Month List – These are additional warrantable items that you discover for which you believe we are responsible and that are not homeowner maintenance items.
• Please mail both lists at the appropriate time to Biermann Contracting Inc., 437 Main Street, Red Wing MN 55066, email to servicewarranty@biermanncompanies.com or fax to 651-388-8222.
• We ask that you describe the problem in detail so that we send the appropriate person to make the repair.

Biermann Companies Inc., or one of our subcontractors will call you for an appointment once we have received your request. Work is performed on Friday between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. Please make arrangements to be home at the scheduled appointment time or leave a key at the office prior to any scheduled appointment.
