Door Locks and Doors

Lubricate door locks with graphite or other waterproof lubricant. Avoid oil, as it will gum up. Tighten locks as needed.

Exterior doors and patio doors all have adjustment screws. The doors are all adjusted when the home is finished and should be maintained by the owner.

Interior doors and trim may warp or shrink due to the change of humidity in the home. Doors will not be warranted unless they warp ¼” or more.
